The Erasmus+ Program is a program funded by the European Union, designed for students, academic, and administrative staff who wish to study, teach, intern, or work as volunteers in Europe. Under the program, participants can gain experience in educational institutions or businesses in different European countries.
The aim of Erasmus+, the European Union’s grant program for education, youth, and sports, implemented between 2021 and 2027, is to support the integration of European youth into education and the labor market, increase understanding and awareness of European culture and society, promote international cooperation and mobility, and contribute to the strategic goals of the European Union.
The Erasmus+ Program aims to provide more opportunities for students, academic, and administrative staff during their overseas education or work experience through the support they will receive. These supports include financial assistance for travel and accommodation expenses, language courses, insurance, visa costs, and monthly stipends.
